drying time

now its wait and let the dome dry out ,we opened the wicker at the door and allowed air to circulate and we plan to light some small fires within a week or so - then it will be time to see if the pizza tastes as good as we all hope.

This is truly an amazing feat and a great example of team work.

Personally, on top of being the first to comment on the blog, I also hope to be there at the inauguration.

My cousin, Alfonso, is an award winning pizza chef based in Como, Italy,. I am going to send him a link to the blog to ask him to post a comment and blessing from afar.

For those about to make pizza, I salute you!

I'm anxious for your cooking results. I too plan to build my oven this summer here in Plano, Texas, just north of Dallas. The guy below has inspired me as well.
